In game assistant not working

I just bought this g version purely for the ingame assistant but i cannot seem to get it going

i have tried windowed and not windowed also default skin and with a skin.

The in-game scout is a strange case this season. It works for some people, but not for everyone.

You can email Eugene at genie @ fmscout.com (no spaces) and ask for a refund. I can't guarantee he will agree to that, but that's your best bet.
