Best nation for work permit

Hi can anyone help???

Iv done a few off these types of things on fmscout befor with no one replied so not got my hopes up haha.

So so here gose.

What nation would be best for a feeder team for a prem team for a work permit?
also
best for merchandise and so on?

Spain is good for South American players - it takes two years from memory. Be warned though that they can only register 3 non-EU players, so if you overload them with players, they won’t all play regularly!

In previous games I've had my feeder clubs in Belgium, but I don't know how effective that will be post brexit. Haven't done much premier league management on 18 tbf.
For merchandise I'd say USA though
