Introduction

My name is Jack.

I have been playing FM ever since you could get It for Xbox 360 and Marcelo was at Fluminese before joining Real Madrid.

My past achievements include winning the league with Sunderland and the Champions League with Norwich.

Since 2013 I sadly lost my passion for FM, returning last year when I purchased FM18.
Inspiration

So anyone who is kind enough to view my stories, thank you.

Also you will know that i am so indecisive when it comes to sticking with an FM save. This is why i have decided that if i were start off with a lower league or English out of the top 4, i would get bored once i have won the league.

I find larger teams like United are easier to have the attention span and enthusiasm to manage from season to season.

That is why i have decided on the team in which my surname comes from. If i can knock Celtic off their perch and then take them far in European Competitions also, this could become a fun save.

And as most of us will know, Sir Alex took the Dons to European glory before ending up at the biggest club in England. Who knows what the future will await.
Good Evening

Evening all, and Happy Friday.

So Aberdeen have been doing great.

Average Pre Season and start to the season to be fair; But what followed has been very promising indeed.

So picture this, 13 games in; and 1 point behind Rangers, who are in first.

Finances are poor so i may have been a little sneaky in recruiting aload of face generated youngsters who have 160 potential plus.

Other than that, the only signing to our name is Fleetwood striker Ashley Hunter.

He currently has 11 goals to his name in 17 appearances; so he's settled in well.
First Season Review

So my first season was an incredible one. One with so many highs and lows, it really defined the mixed emotions you feel as a manager.

My Aberdeen trailed for the majority of the season, but only 5 points maximum. In the beggining of the season, suprisingly enough, it was a 2 horse race between Hearts and ourselves. Towards the second half of season, the "perhaps" inevitable occured when Celtic and Rangers started to perform where we be up and down between 1st and third. The season ended in 3rd place; and ten points behind the eventual Winners Celtic....Shocker.

Overall, despite only getting the the semi's of the Scottish Cup in terms of any kind of Cup run, i couldnt be more proud of my first season. This year i will be going for the title.

Pre Season

Our Pre Season has been promising. I really admire Rangers style of football in which Steven Gerrard has implemented. Im talking about real life; their free flowing play has encouraged me to take the step in FM to now for my second season, start to implement my own more fluid style in Aberdeens football.
Best of luck in the second season!
Good luck breaking the hold on Scotland that Glasgow has, make some time but it'll come
Classic Football Manager

So in classic FM fashion, the tactics that proved to be a success last year, have this year helped me off to a poor start to the 18/19 season.

what followed however was pure magic and i thank you, the god of FM, because i do want to continue with this save and win the league.

but right now, in my story, we started poorly.
