Poll: Difficulty?

Hi everyone,

and first of all, I don't want to sound arrogant but I was talking to some friends and we realised that we all struggled with things outside of the pitch; happiness, injuries, players wanting to leave etc.

And this made me wonder is it just that our clubs happen to be outperforming their potential or does it feel like on the pith or the game engine is actually a bit easier? Some of you might remeber if that has been a theme in betas before?

Voted yes - but if I could avoid approx, two injuries a game AND hold on to my star players would have said No!
