FM was updated today. Hence why it is no longer a compatible version. As outlined in the comments thread for the download article for this tool, the tool itself will be updated soon to make FM compatible again.
FMSE always gets updated a few hours after a patch.
Please refrain from making posts related to new patches. It's NOT a bug or a problem even. If FMSE is suddenly not loading your save, first thing to do is check if there's a new patch out and wait a few hours until it's updated.
