FMSE not working in future?

So, I started a career with Tottenham as soon as the beta came out and FMSE was working perfectly and then I decided to holiday into the future to see what would happen. Eventually I got to the year 2241 and decided to take charge of a team. Now it says that cant find a compatible version of football manager. Is this something that they have experienced in the past?

I don't see a reason for that, though admittedly I haven't tested a save so far into the future.

Any chance your game updated and you tried to load it on FMSE before getting a compatible version? Do you have the latest FMSE v2.1.0.1 and that still can't load your save?

I have the latest FMSE version. I thought that maybe since FM updated it would no longer be compatible but I was able to get it to work with my first save. Its really weird.

The issue must be have been with a specific date (31 December) in-game. We have fixed that in v2.1.2.0
