Well well well, we have two winners this month! Two magnificent stories from two magnificent writers, Jack & ScottT both earned 40% of the votes each. Congratulations guys!

A major congratulations has to go to TheLFCFan for his victory in the August Story of the Month edition. His magnificent work as Paul King in his latest story has become a site favourite over recent weeks, and his hard-work and creativity have come to the fore, allowing our resident South African to claim a whopping 60% of the total votes. Well done!

It has been a magnificent year of story writing on this site, with many wonderful tales spun by some talented authors. Alas, we must announce the greatest of them all. The winner of the Story of the Year award is no surprise. He won three back-to-back Story of the Month awards on the way. Much can be said about the main protagonist and his actions outside of football but nobody can deny the excellence of the story that he was born from.

Today we celebrate an FM Scout legend. Congratulations Jack, your story Aapo Virtanen: Don't Look Back In Anger is a worthy winner! Enjoy this moment! The next challenge for you now is to retain this award!
