Counter press

So I'm trying to play a counter and have set my tactic instructions accordingly but when I go in my player instructions my pressing intensity is set to less urgent and there is no way of changing it. I use one winger and one if but surely player role shouldn't stop me from changing press intensity considering how klopp had mane and Salah playing
