FM19 Won't Launch on Mac

Hi,

I did a quick search but couldn't see a similar thread on the forum.

When trying to launch FM19 (either full or touch version), it says running.... for about 5 seconds, then nothing happens. I've googled it for hours but no good.

I've verified the game files. I've reinstalled it about 20 times. I've reinstalled Steam about 20 times.

I've checked system requirements:

MINIMUM:
OS: 10.10.5, 10.11.6, 10.12.5, 10.13.5, 10.14 – 64-bit
Processor: Intel Core 2 – 1.8 GHz +
Memory: 2 GB RAM
Graphics: Intel GMA X4500, NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT or AMD/ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650 – 256MB VRAM
Storage: 7 GB available space
Additional Notes: OpenGL: 2.1

My specifications are:

Yosemite 10.10.5
MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2012)
2.5 GHz Intel Core i5
4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Graphics - Intel HD Graphics 4000 1024 MB

The Graphics card is the only thing I can see that could be an issue?

Hi,

I had this exact problem on Friday. It's to do with the OS you are using (yosemite10.10.5) There is a work around for it which is on the steam forums for fm2019,

- Launch up and Login to Steam
- Right click on Football Manager 2019
- Select Properties > Local Files > Browse local files
- Double click the FM19.exe to launch the game successfully.
