No player attributes visible

Hello! I'm on day 2 26/9 of new FM18 save with Hampton and Richmond. I see none of the players in the system have playing attributes visible yet - except mine! - is this because I have no scouts on my staff.. Anyone know what needs to happen at the club before player attributes appear? cheers

This is probably because you have attribute masking turned which yes makes you have to scout players. Time to hire them scouts!!!
