Can't export more than 250 players to Excel from a list

I'm trying to export a long list of players onto Excel. I know that you need to press "down arrow" all the way to the bottom of the list to make sure that the list doesn't come out "incomplete", but for some reason when I press "down arrow" to the bottom of the list and then press "PRINT" I only end up getting the bottom 256 players from the list I'm trying to export (when the full list contains over 1000).

I also tried going all the way back up the list with "up arrow" but then when I press "PRINT" from the top I only get the top 256 players from the list, with nothing from the players underneath that.

Anyone know a possible solution to this problem?
