My first season was a success, I achieved promotion to League Two with Dagenham & Redbridge after winning the play-offs.
My second season was going well, I was hovering above the relegation zone, picking up points now and then just to keep me slightly clear. I was approached by Scunthorpe in League One, they were in the relegation zone but I felt with a bigger budget and Scunthorpe being a bigger club I would move clubs.
I have managed to get a enough points to move just out of the drop zone but I'm struggling to get consecutive wins.
Can anyone advise on tactics/formations that is ideal for teams in my situation?
