Hello to the people of FMscout!
For a long time I have been reading stories from the site and been impressed. I decided I would give my own story a try.
I am by no means a FM talent for creating tactics, but I always try to develop my own tactics and if people have advises I can use you are welcome to share them as I always want to learn more FM-wise
As you can see AC Horsens have never been a topteam in the Danish league with a third place in 1967 being the highest achievement and a runners-up in the cup in 2012 as the second highest achievement.
Now it is time to make changes and put AC Horsens on the map.
Like you said it's time to put AC Horsens on the map! Good luck and welcome to the section!
Welcome to writing here! Time to give Horsens their time in the sun!
Welcome to the story section of the site. Best of luck with Horsens!
SØREN JOCHUMSEN APPOINTED HORSENS MANAGER
Former club legend Søren Jochumsen takes over as manager. Søren Jochumsen is known as a legend in AC Horsens playing over 524 matches and scoring 18 goals as goalkeeper.
Many fans have questioned the appointment of Jochumsen who have no managerial experience. "Former manager Bo Henriksen did a fantastic job, but we felt we were lacking the old AC Horsens spirit" director Kristian Nielsen says. After the appointment of Jochumsen, AC Horsens is expected to be playing with a low defensive line, playing with direct passes and relying on set-pieces.
Søren Jochumsen had the following to say: "Of course I expect the fans to find it mysterious appointing me as manager. Bo Henriksen has done an amazing job with a very small transfer budget, and bringing in players from lower divisions and making them Superliga players. Due to the small budget I want to rely on scouting players in lower divisions and using our talented young players. I am impressed with the results Bo has gotten with the team and I wish him all the best in the future."
Søren Jokumsen has already shown his ambition towards the young players of AC Horsens, bringing Mathias Madsen and Jacob Kongsmark to the first team squad from the U19 squad.

Are we ready for the first game of the season and is Jochumsen the right man?
This question has been raised by many supporters of AC Horsens.
"Preseason has been fantastic for me" Jochumsen says. "I have had the opportunity to watch every player of the squad in action except Mathias Nielsen, Bjarke Jakobsen, Frederik Mortensen and Lasse Kryger due to injuries. This preseason we have seen Mathias Madsen and Jacob Kongsmark working hard to show why they are seen as so highly rated talents. Jacob has scored 3 goals in 4 preseason matches with Mathias Madsen being sent off in the last game. Jacob has impressed me and could start in the first game against favorites for the title FC Copenhagen despite only just experiencing senior football."
With Jacob Kongsmark impressing, AC Horsens have also signed another player for the striker position in Andreas Albers. The tall striker has by many been seen as a proven goalscorer in lower divisions, but has never been able to set his mark on the Superliga. With Jochumsen in charge Albers is hoping to set his mark on the league. Albers saying: "With my ambitions AC Horsens is the right place for me. I want to develop and show my abilities as a goalscorer on the highest level in Denmark possible" also adding: "With Jochumsen believing in me, I am sure I will make the supporters of AC Horsens happy and we will achieve great things together." The tall striker is expected by fans to compete with Mathias Kristensen for the starting striker position.
A strong choice for manager I am sure, and the squad is looking good to go especially after a decent set of pre-season results
You seem to like your target men up front! They're huge!
A good managerial appointment if the board are looking to get back the spirit of the club. Justice is right, those strikers are huge and I expect they'll be a nuisance from set-pieces and crosses!
