Internatioan Moral

I have 10.3 FM. When I edit player moral with FMRTE, it changes for club, but not for international. I have never seen this before in older FM. I'm manager of Croatia.
Are there two moral settings for club and for country?

Never used FMRTE, but yes it makes sense; the existence of two moral states. International players usually have a separate opinion/happiness level about their international squad (for example, happy for having X player as their international team leader).
