FM19 - How to load a tactic

Apologies if this is a bizarre question.

I have downloaded a tactic via the tactics screen, I have saved this tactic into the FM19 tactic folder on my computer.
When in game and I try to load this tactic, it dosent show me the tactic folder to enter. so I cant load the tactic into the game.

How do I fix this problem?

Did you try to 'Import' the tactic in the game?

Did you manage to fix this as having the same problem and import doesn't exist in FM19
