There are only 18 teams in the league and the max is 18 as well according to my editor, and rules test works, but when trying to start career, it adds an unknown team that takes me over my maximum team limit to 19, despite editor clearly showing only 18 teams participating in the League, idk where the extra team is coming from but it prevents me from using the welsh league structure I created

Created new structure and added English teams located in wales(Cardiff,Swnsea,Newport,etc.)
