Staff Shortlist

Is there anyway of creating a STAFF shortlist using Genie Scout? Just to filter out unrealistic targets on there like you can with players? Finding it hard going through 300 odd staff for each role

I was asking about it few years ago and still didn't get any answer. I can't imagine what is the problem with that. But still as you can see- noone is going to do anything with it.
