Need Help adding graphics

downloaded and added graphics nut nothing showing up or working

someone please help ive added and downloaded kit and logo packs followed all instructions put everything in the right folders but when i reload skin nothing changes ive tried getting rid of microsoft one drive etc but nothing seems to work please help
