Tactic - need more possession - help!

Hello everybody,

I ceated a tactic with the vision of full control and quick wing game. First hold the ball, wait for the right spot and then create chances quickliy with wing game. Oh, and it's a 4-4-2.

Well, I think most of it works pretty good. Only problem I have is possession, which is low (between 45 - 54 %), but I would like to have it around 60 %.

I'll show you some screenshots, maybe have any idea how to set up better.

Can't quite see the screenshots on my phone but I always feel obviously shorter passing helps and slowing down the tempo always gives me higher possession.
