Real names fix with no disc fm19

Hi, I cannot figure out how to download the real names fix to my no disc version of Fm19. No local disc file is there so I cant follow the usual steps. I only downloaded FM19 to my new laptop and the laptop has no disc drive. Any suggestions or help would be much appreciated.
