FM Touch training: something I'm missing?

In Touch, I feel like the training is VERY VERY limited.
I get the page where I can get the assistant to take care of it, the group page and the page to handle the individual training.
NOWHERE I can decide what the players do, and most importantly what intensity.

Is it normal?! Is it Touch?!
