The policy for Chinese foreign players requires only 4 foreign players can be registered. But it tells that players from HongKong, TaiWan and Macao is not considered foreign players.But Alex of DaLian YiFang is marked as a foreign player. Come on dude, he's from HongKong. He shouldn't be a foreign player !!!
