Finding ID for chairman?

Im looking to add a custom pic for chairman as it is currently blank, but there seems to be no way of finding an ID for them as you cant select their name.

Is there a way to find this out?

Use the pre-game editor to find the Unique ID of the chairman by searching his name. I've had to do the very same thing myself recently, doesn't take too long to do.

How about if the Chairman is a newgen that the game has created?
