I know we are at the end of the current football season. But due to work and other things, I was just not able to take the time to play the game and have another go at making a story, which it being my last one in FM 2016.

I have always been a fan of Maurizo Sarri, I believe his play-style is what us Chelsea fans have always wanted from our side, in real life, it has not gone all too plan, but I want to make a tribute save to himself in order to get ourselves to a better place in Europe and become dominant in England again.

NOTE: Prior, this was actually a Jose save at Chelsea, but I feel due to real life circumstances, I wanted to make it more real, so that's why I have switched to Sarri.

MAURIZIO SARRI: EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW



Q: First of all, welcome Maurizio to Chelsea, how excited are you to get started and what are your first impressions?

A: Thank you, I am very happy to be here. I have only been here for a day or two, but I am very happy with what I have seen and I already feel very settled here, so yes, very happy.. but great facilities, good staff, I think this is a very good foundation to build on.

Q: You were very well known for your attacking football back during your time in Italy, is that a style that are you wanting to bring to this club?

A: Well I have a way that I want my team to play, I like watching attacking football, I learnt from a lot of managers who I went against, but yes of-course I want to bring my football to this club, we have a very good group of players, they will need to learn and there will be a period of patience required, but I think we can achieve this.

Q: How have you found England so far during your very short period of time here?

A: I like it, of-course, its not as warm as Italy!! *laughs* but It is a beautiful city, my family have always liked the idea of coming here, and I am very happy to be here, I hope it can be home.

Q: Is there any particular players that you are wanting to bring in to help you achieve what you want to do here?

A: We have a very good group of players from what I have seen, of-course I was lucky to bring in some of my targets that I asked the board during the process of joining, but I think we have a very solid foundation, but we will see, of-course if a player who we want becomes available, then we will follow, but for now, we are happy.

Q: Finally, what is the ambition, what are you wanting to achieve?

A: I want to win everything, i would not be a good manager or doing my job right if I had no ambition to go and win it all, of-course it will be tough, but I like challenges, and I am very ambitious, I enjoyed my time at Napoli, but this was always the step up that I required and believed I could do.
