Improve the performance of a striker

Hello everyone,

4th season in FM19 and as in every opus I block to find how to advance my strikers before the goals. They are all pretty regular but can not get over the course that will allow them to become real stars.
I have changed staff, especially attacking coaches, I teach them to be more polivent thinking that it will develop them better, makes them learn secondary attributes, and yet it does not change.

Do you have an idea by chance?
