Brilliant work. Absolutely love the dynamic of the mascot, in which is a cod, being battered by Joey Barton. It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if that happened at some point irl. Looking forward to seeing who comes in as his replacement.

An interesting appointment for Fleetwood, but Andrea is someone who is familiar with success and the biggest of stages. His experience will certainly benefit him in this role and hopefully improve some of these players. The likes of Paddy Madden - an experienced player and an out-and-out goalscorer - will be important, indeed.

Lewis Wing is an excellent addition to the side, albeit only on loan. In real life, he proved to be a regular fixture in the Middlesbrough side, which shows his quality and ability. He will certainly fill the void in midfield, left by Kyle Dempsey, who is out on loan at Peterborough. Your results have been superb and the excellent pre-season will certainly have had an effect on your early form. The momentum seems to have carried over. A lot of clean-sheets, as well as goals, which is pleasing and highlights the ability over the whole squad. Despite an early departure in the Carabao Cup to local rivals, the fans will be delighted with this start. Fleetwood once got to the play-offs in League One under Uwe Rosler and were thrilled with their exploits that season... if you could go one step further, that would be astonishing for the town and the supporters, I'm sure.

Well despite all the injury woes, you're still getting points on the board and still find yourself in the perfect position, top! With the transfer window approaching, it's now the perfect time to try and find suitable players to boost numbers and ensure you have cover for if/when an injury crisis breaks out, once again. Keep this up and Fleetwood will be exploring the previously unexplored next season.
