Daniel Fox is a man from St Helens 41 years old and is looking for his break in management.

Daniel Fox played 206 games for St Helens Town. Scoring 30 goals.
He also played at Crewe Alexandra 100 games and 12 goals.

Then he retired due to old age. He now lives in South Shields with his family. He has got full coaching badges which he started doing in Crewe. Having the badges doesn't mean you will get a job in management.

Daniel searched for jobs but nothing came up. Until he had an email from a Hungarian business man who is looking into buying a team but wants a good manager but wants a bit of english passion. After contacting him regarding the club. They talked for hours by email and skype. Then it was decided Daniel would be flying to Budapest in Hungary.

After a few days Daniel arrived in Budapest with nothing but his suitcase and of course his football boots.

They met in a hotel in Budapest. Corinthia Hotel was huge. There in the lobby he looked up and around a went wow.

Daniel Fox took the manager job at Budapest Honvéd FC and there he started to manage in his first job.

Good luck with Honved. I'm intrigued to see how Daniel will fair in Budapest.

Daniel is now at the stadium for the first time. Taking in the view he looked it wasn't the Stadio Olimpico but it was home. There he walked through reception and the media where there for interviews. MTVA where inside and the reporter came to Daniel and asked" mit tettél a Hoved munkára" and because I can't speak english I needed the help of a interpreter to say" Forging my managerial path and I also want to help this team win".

After the interview I asked Gábor Híres my assistant " What did you think to the interview"

Gábor said " Your interview was fine and you mentioned helping to win. Thank you our fans need a boost"

Opened the office door, there on the desk where my papers to sign and the free agents list and finances report.
Looking through I noticed we haven't got much in a transfer budget or wages. But one good thing a player from Russia contacted our club and said he wanted to join. The player turned out to be Andrey Arshavin russian international player. He was looking for a new team and a challenge.

He arrived in time for training so we sat down and we worked three hours trying to work out a deal.

Andrey Arshavin joined for free and has a clause for manager job to leave for free.

Also joining is Gábor Király as goalkeeping coach because the last one left with the ex manager.

Gábor Király can speak a few languages and has knowledge of German football.

Arshavin will certainly add some experience! Great signing!

Arshavin is an interesting signing, he has experience and quality - but perhaps this quality has faded with age? We shall find out, I guess. Kiraly is a hero amongst Hungary, at least from my interpretation - so that's a great addition to the coaching staff.
