PC GamePass And Skins

hey so I bought the pc gamepass from microsoft to play football manager 2019, and the first thing I tried was to try and get licenses, so I made the folders, the first one I tried was a skin, followed all instructions and no option for the skin appeared, then tried facepacks and they didnt appear, is it possible to install skins when its from the gamepass?

I've tried with the team logos, did everything just like you, it's not working

I've managed to get the skins and facepacks working, I just can't get the real name fix or regen faces to work.

How matr45? I have everything on it's right paste, everything organized, and stills not working
