FM Genie Scout not working

I can't seem to use FM Genie Scout 19V.1 19.3.5.
When I load it up and goes through the usual loading routine.
Then when it finished loading, a box pops up saying it's out of system resources.
When I try and close FM Genie Scout then another box pops up telling me it's out of memory.
So I had to close Genie using Task Manager.
Is there a problem with Genie Scout now.
Can someone please answer this question.

I think I have found what the problem is.
Is there a limit on the size of the database being used to stop FM Genie Scout 19 working.
As I try a test game with a smaller database and Genie works fine.
