Something really annoying in FM (not only 19): staff always leaves when another club offers them a contract. No matter what.
Just now: my assistant decided to leave the top 2 of the league to join a team that will be relegated. I offered him assistant manager position for 10k/month, 25k if we win the league and 25k if we win the cup, 10% wage increase every year. He left for assistant manager, 7.75k/m, -25% if relegated (which will happen, by the way).He has no tie to the other team.
That makes no sense.
