Unable to access Unique ID - Genie Scout Crashes

Hi,

I'm wanting to donate and upgrade to the 'g' version but to do so I need to get my unique ID and this is where I'm having trouble.

I've gone to the donate section inside FM Genie Scout 19 but then the application freezes and I have to force quit.

I've deleted the app and reinstalled on my PC but not had any further luck in doing this.

Any suggestions?
