How do you get better reputation and manager points to get better jobs?
i have at the moment
10 swedish prem.league wins
8 cup wins
4 Italy Seria A wins
4 Italy cup wins
3 supercopa wins ( dont think you get anything for those)
1 Champions league win
does not going far in the European cups count at all? with Göteborg i always got past the group stage to the QFinals and i think thats good for that team...semi final at most...
with Milan i wonCL for the first time since 2007 iat 2038....won the leaguee 4 years in a row. milan had not played in CL for about 8 years when i took over the club..and even got to the finals one year.....after i won i applied for some jobs that were free like arsenal, tottenham, real, barcelona and they just laughed at my CV they said i have not achived nothing.
been national coach for brazil and argentina too.
only job offer that said yes was Sevilla , and they did have a quite shitty team at 2039.
how can i do in future games to gain better reputation and job offer without cheating?
I also looked in FM Genie Scout and it said i have 200/200 in current abitilyt/potential abiility.
but only Home 1, Current 1900, World 1
and in FMRTE ca 71/pa 200 and Home 4437, current 9355 world 3905
But it seems its only me that has differents between the scouts....other managers and players have the same stats.
