jadedness rating

Can somebody explain the Jadedness rating numbers to me please in FMScout
All my players seem to have a minus score..............with the players who have played most game having a lower minus score than player who have playes intermittently...........
i.e. -32 for the consisitent player............. -241 for the intermittent player..
What score should a player recah before resting?
