Get a refund for FM Genie Scout 19g?

FM Genie Scout 19g isn't working as it's supposed to. The in-game scout feature is absolutely inconsistent working 10% of the times. I see that it's impossible to talk with any kind of technical support so I wonder if there's a way to get refunded and go back to the regular version.

Anyone?

How do I do this for FM Genie Scout 26? I am going to refund the game and the Genie scout is a mess and triggering windows anti-virus
