To start off your career you must manage in Europe with a high ranking team from associations ranked 6th – 10th. This would be; Russia, Portugal, Belgium, Netherlands & Ukraine.
Within your first two seasons you have to win the Europa League or Champions League, Domestic League, and Domestic Cup. On your final season you must win one European trophy.
After that success you are then allowed to move on to a team from the top 5 ranked European associations. This would be; Spain, England, Germany, Italy and Spain.
Within your first season you must win the Domestic League and if you are in a league that has two domestic cups; at least win one of them. The other requirement within your first season is to also reach the semi-finals of the Champions League. Overall you must be at the club for at least two seasons.
To achieve something Mourinho so nearly did, you can become the first manager to win the Champions League at two separate clubs in back-to-back years.
To finish off your career you can then move onto one of the other top flight teams in one of the other top 5 ranked associations. There you must win a treble within three seasons (compared to Jose doing it in 2 seasons).
