This challenge is to reflect the success that Pep Guardiola has had as a manager.
To start off your career you must take over a top 3 side in the top 5 ranked associations; England, Spain, France, Italy and Germany. There you must sell three important players as Pep sold off Ronaldinho, Deco and Samuel Eto’o.
Season 1: Promote three players from youth squad into first team and use in 22+ appearances across all competitions. Win the treble with Champions League as a must.
Bonuses; Promote youth and bring down the age of your squad.
Extra; Sell 9 players in total. Buy 3 players to use regularly in your squad all under the age of 24.
Season 2: Win Club World Cup, UEFA Super Cup & Domestic League.
Bonuses; Sell two more important players. Win title with at least 94 points.
Extra; Following on from the previous season, beat your rivals a minimum of 4 times in a row across all competitions.
Season 3: Win treble with Champions League and Domestic League. Sell a player you bought the previous season who is at least an important player.
Bonuses; Be undefeated against your closest rivals across all competitions.
Extra; Win 7 games with at least 5 goals or more, one game at least by 7 goals. All without conceding.
Season 4: Sweep all domestic cup competitions, UEFA Super Cup and Club World Cup. Minimum 6 players in registered squad are from youth squad with 3 being mandatory first team players.
Bonuses; At least 54% of squad must be the nationality of where you are managing. 12 players in registered squad are from your youth system.
Extra; Win the domestic league and Champions League as Pep couldn't.
With this by the end of the four seasons you must have a cup final record of only 1 allowed loss.
Three out of the four seasons you must win the league with at least 90+ points.
