Someone to hold it all together

Hi, I am currently managing OFK Beograd in the Serbian SuperLeague, after finishing in respectable places in the last few seasons I have noticed that one thing my team is lacking is some experince in the side as my team is very young, with an average of around 23/24 and the oldest player being 29 apart from one player who is on the fringes of the squad. However I was looking to bring in a player that has a bit of experince and knows how to command things around the middle of the pitch but I can't seem to find anyone how can do this and will come and play here in Serbia. I currently have 25K per week left on my wages and £3.5 Mil to spend.

I'm not very familiar will the Serbian League however, I think you are going to need a good defensive midfielder to control the middle of the park.

One Serbian player that stands out to me in FM is Gojko Kacar for Hertha BSC who has worked really well for me in England when I played as Newcastle. He can play centre-back, defensive midfield, centre-mid. Really flexible and is good all-rounder. I know your looking for some-one with experience, he is 22 at the start of the game so if your a few seasons in he will will be mid to late twenties.

If not Dejan Stankovic is a similiar style player but much older.

sounds like your team is falling apart when you are behind, am i right?
if so, a player with high determination and high influence could really change the face of your team.
(take away gerrard from liverpool and they get destroyed in FM)

Yeah there is a few problems at the club but the answers you have given am sure will be a help, hoepfuly I can get the team back on track
