when i created new team i also created non-player who was my asistent and i created him career but when i started game career histry didn't show and its every tie i creat non-player with footballing career. Am i doing somthing wrong?
don't think your doing anything wrong tbh. it might be a bug that has gone unnoticed? as its not many who do what you have done.
i think i found solution by creating player/non-player and set retirement just berfore starting game. At least this works for me
