Genie Scout 10 v1.11 doesn't work in W7

I've read all the posts but I can't solve it. I've updated all that I know: Windows Update, DirectX, .NET Framework 4, Adobe Flash Player,... and I am unable to fix this program on Windows 7. I always try to run it as an admin, with WinXP settings (it's a Windows 7 option) or default, but it doesn't work.

Nowadays, is there any solution?

it makes that problem from x86, i had same problem. but when i used windows 7 x64 it worked as much as good. i think fm genie scout not working on windows vista and 7 x86.
