Double-click on players'names and nothing...

Hello.
I'm using the FM Genie scout 10 RC1. When I load a game and double-click on a player, a blank window appears - no personal or player data. I'm confused - I don't know how to get it fixed. Someone experienced such a problem before?
I'm using WinXP SP2.

have you done all the tips from there? like update flash player etc.
