Ademola Lookman

In season 3 with Everton, doing very well and playing Lookman RW. He is first choice and we have won Prem League, Champs League and Carabao Cup in those 3 seasons. He has top AR and top Assists in Premier League this season He is England's RW and is worth £67m.
However, he only has 2 stars potential! Surely this can't be right and I hope SI sort it out for FM20?

Those stars should be taken with a pinch of salt.

It's an indication of PA compared to the PA of players in the same league, as well as dependent on the judging ability attribute of whoever from your staff team is doing the assessment.

If I remember correctly, some PA ratings are intentionally deceiving as well, to add to the fun.
