DB Editor no database

SO i just bought the game and was hoping to play around with the editor before jumping into the game proper. However, when i load the database nothing shows up. It has the tabs for players, clubs, countries, etc., but nothings in them when I click on them. Could really use some help!

do you mean the editor that comes with the game? dont u have to search all the time on it?
