Hey :)

First Post, new member

i'm looking for tactics for the above formations to download, although any help would be appreciated.

I don't have DM or AM
I'm playing as Aston Villa
I'm in year 2022
Screen shot of my squad to follow:

Thanks.
hi.

Your squad to be honest is a bit thin. You possibly get another striker in or two as a backup in event of injuries.
You could use a common 4-4-2? That is the most likely tactic, i would use if i had your squad.
Ok thanks i'll give the standard 4-4-2 a go with no player instructions or anything then see how it goes etc, i do have 3 strikers, will try and add another though to add depth like you say
I agree that a standard 442 looks like the best way to go. It looks like you have three players that can play AMC - Dan Webb, Ben Drake, and Nicao. That said, with nobody listed as a DMC I would just go with a plain 442 for now. You can always set your most creative player as an attacking midfielder from one of the central mid positions and achieve a similar style of attack as if you had an outright AMC. The same can be done with your most defensive-minded center mid set as a deep lying playmaker. I did this with my current Man City team but went with a wide diamond 442 after getting my roster shaped the way I wanted.
ok thanks, i'll keep that in mind, i'm a little lost as to where to put the deep lying playmaker on the pitch view in game.
