FMSE20 License doesnt work

I purchased the license per paypal.
Paypal already sendet me an confirmation with an transaction number but the program still tells me to purchse a license.

I dont know what to do now.

We've solved this via pm and chat.

@mkts13: Message me in private the name you've used for your order. Most likely there's a typo with email address or you're not checking your PayPal's primary email.

what do you mean by what name? e-mail used in paypal?
