Access Violation Error Code Genie Scout 20

Hi,

Keep getting the following error code when loading game on genie scout 20. Any help on how to fix this?

Access Violation at address 008D72F8 in module 'FMGenieScout.exe'. Read of access 1C0E8770.

I am getting the same error too.

It works!!!

Think it is my fault, I used my laptop to purchase it and used the key from genie scout 19 from the laptop and when I got my activation key I tried using it on my desktop.

That's why it was giving me those errors

Now that you say that, I did the same thing. How did you get it working on your desktop? Cause I want it for my desktop not my laptop.

You'll need to move your genie scout key across. It's usually in C:\FM Genie Scout 20g and it will be a file named KEY. You just need to move that across to your new device and if that doesn't work you'll need to emaiil Eugene for a new key. I'm not 100% sure if the key is tied to the device or not.
