Since the last patch, my in-game scout is not working anymore. Btw, I have no (i) besides the names. Where is the right place to activate in-game scout with FM20? Do I have to open a specific window within the FM Genie Scout 20g?

Not working for me either. Has never worked in the 3 updated versions I have used. I thought it might have something to do with me using a custom skin, but seems others are having the same issue
I have the same issue. No 'i' against the names and I've tried with all the current versions.
Got the 'i' against the names, but only shows the standard in-game pop-up, with no hidden attributes.
I have "In game scout" ticked in GS Options.
how do I solve the problem with in game scout?

I've got exactly same problem.
In previous versions wasn't so bad, it read it through but this one won't.
I think that the best idea is to write to support
the ingame scout works, but it differs per skin.
that said it, even with the normal skin it does not always trigger
somtimes clicking on the fm button in the top right and then hovering back over the info icon, triggers the ingame overlay of gs
But you mean Genie skin or FM skin?
I've changed skins many, many times and it doesn't seems to work tho.
I am frustrated with this too. Would pay more for this to work consistently.. Anyone getting this to work consistently?
