freezes when loading leagues and cups in advanced settings

When i try to start a save in fm20 the game freezes at the loading screen for cups and leagues in advanced settings. I have 4 stars for game efficiency as I don't have that many leagues loading. There seems to be nothing about this on the forums so I was just curious if this has happened to anyone else? Or if anyone knows a fix for this issue. It would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure your SteamClient and this executable are running as administrator.

Right-click on exe -> Properties -> Compatibility -> Run as administrator.

On my system i believe its called permissions. If this is the case then yes it states that I have full control as administrator. Is there any chance you know an alternative solution?

The only other thing I can recommend of the top of my head is, don't kill me, a fresh install.

If the game crashed for me, I just stored my saves elsewhere and reinstalled the game.

I have tried the fresh install 3 times now and still the same issue. I appreciate the reply. If anyone else has a fix to this please let me know!!

Post this in the GC and see if anyone knows mate
