ok so i've just finished the 16-17 season & two of my players have finished their 3 year loans at my polish feeder club. One is a belarussian & the other an american. The belarussian gained polish nationality no problem but the yanks nationality status is "needs to reside in poland". Does this mean i have to send him back for another year or that he has to be signed permanently for a polish club to gain nationality? & What's the determining factor here? the players original nationality?
needs to reside in?

I am pretty sure it means that he needs to live in poland when asking for the nationality, but it is up to him if he decides to take up the nationality
I worked it out, he needed to be able to speak basic polish before they'd give him citizenship so i just sent him back on loan for a bit until he'd learned to speak it.
