Man City and PSG a bit too good?

I understand that they are both top top teams in their respective leagues, but both have been infamously bad when it comes to the Champions League. I am now 3 seasons into my save, they have both won a Champions League, Man City have featured in all 3 and twice the final itself has been Man City vs PSG. I just find this quite unrealistic, anyone else finding this?

I've found playing as Liverpool that PSG are tough opposition. They have a brilliant front three and Mbappes pace can kill you. In my second season they've added Pogba. Managed to beat them 4-3 over two legs in the semi of the champions league. Knocked them out of the champions league in a close encounter in the first season too. Haven't found City so difficult to play against, they don't have anyone as quick as Mbappe.
