Hotfix

Did any of the recent hot fix updates also affect databases because I'm sure before when I started a save Tahith Chong's PA was 5 Stars and now on a new save it's not?

No it won't have done. If Chong doesn't have a set value for his potential ability (like 170 for example) then it will vary game to game as to what his potential will be. I suspect he is probably around -8 at the start of the game which will give him a potential ability within a certain range but I can't remember the ranges of the top of my head. A -10 for example is a potential of 185-200 I think.
